UK property listings from rightmove.co.uk. Search homes for sale or to rent by town, area, postcode district or station with price range, bedrooms and sorting and get 24 listings per page with price and price qualifier, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, tenure, the address as displayed, coordinates, key features, photos, listing dates and the agent's name. Or open one property by link or id and get the full description, price per square foot, council tax band, service charge, lease length, lettings details, floor plans, EPC graphs, nearest stations and the listing history. No agent phone numbers or other contact data.

### What does “beta” mean for the Rightmove API?

The endpoints and response fields are usable today, but they can still change and the platform is not yet counted in the headline success rate. Blocked or failed calls are not billed.

Yes. Each request loads the live Rightmove page when you call the API – there is no database of old snapshots in between.

### What happens when Rightmove blocks a request?

The API retries the fetch automatically. If the page still cannot be loaded you get a 502 or 503 error, and that request costs no quota. Success rates and response times per platform are measured around the clock on the status page.
